​What is included with your services?
For bridal makeup, my service includes skin preparation which involves moisturizers, serums, toners, primers etc., to ensure your skin is glowing and radiant for your makeup application! I utilize a variety of makeup palettes, false eyelashes and customize your makeup application to ensure you feel incredibly beautiful on your special day! I also apply a body glow oil to make your skin look radiant! You will receive a touch-up kit which includes your lip color, powder puff with setting/press powder, beauty blender and a makeup remover wipe.

What is a contract?
Signing a contract with BrittanyMarieMakeupWI secures my services for makeup applications on your wedding day! When you receive your contract via email, your signed contract and a 20% retainer fee is due within 72 hours to secure your wedding date.

Can I have a trial before booking?
Yes, I currently hold makeup trials before signing a contract if requested, however, your wedding day is not secured until the contract is signed. The trial fee is $100.

Do I have to have a trial?
A trial for your wedding day makeup application is not required, but is highly recommended! A trial gives us an opportunity to review, discuss and apply a potential makeup look you're hoping for on your wedding day! We make adjustments, changes or additions at the trial to create your perfect look. I also take detailed notes so I know exactly what you love for your big day!

Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, I travel for weddings! The current rate of .67 cents per mile if the wedding venue is outside of Dane County, WI or a $25.00 flat-rate fee within Dane County, WI, applies. I do require hotel accommodations the evening prior to the event, if the wedding venue is over two hours from Dane County, WI. Please inquire about destination weddings!

Do I have to have a minimum number of services to book?
There is not currently a minimum number of services required for your wedding day. The maximum number of services is seven. If there are more than seven makeup services requested for your wedding day, an additional artist would be necessary, at a flat-rate fee of $250.00.

What products do you use?
I use various products for all face textures and skin tones! I use both high-end products from Sephora and Ulta as well as drug store products. I use and love products by Mario, Patrick Ta and Charlotte Tilbury, as well as from L'Oreal and ELF. I also have a variety of blushes, bronzers and eyeshadow palettes!

How long does bridal wedding makeup take on my wedding day? What about the bridal party?
Your bridal makeup application will take approximately 75 minutes. For all other makeup applications, I require 55 minutes. I also require 30 minutes of touch-ups at the end of services on your wedding day.

Can I change my contract once I sign?
We can adjust certain details such as start and end times as final details may not be solidified until closer to the wedding date. Adding an additional artist to the contract (if the number of services requested is more than seven) must be determined upon booking. Once the contract is signed, services can be added up until one month before the wedding, but can not be removed.

How do payments work?
I require a 20% retainer fee when the contract is signed to secure services for your wedding date. The remainder of the contract invoice is due in full one week prior to your wedding date. Payments can be made through Venmo @brittanymariemakeupwi.

Is there a cancellation policy?
It is understandable that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If an event is canceled, please note that fees paid, including the 20% retainer fee, are non-refundable. However, if the event is postponed, I will apply the contracted services to a new date, subject to my availability.
